Agreement to Terms

Ticketing and Event Terms
Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a ticket through any Jade Companies website or authorized ticketing platform, you agree to the following:
- Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from Jade Companies
- Jade Companies reserves the right to cancel or invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels
- Ticket prices are subject to service fees and taxes as disclosed at the time of purchase
- You are responsible for ensuring ticket information (name, event, date) is accurate before completing purchase
Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled by Jade Companies and not rescheduled
- The event is rescheduled and the ticket holder cannot attend the new date
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Event Entry
Jade Companies reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of event rules or venue policies
- Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior
- Intoxication or possession of prohibited substances
- Failure to comply with staff or security instructions
No refunds will be issued to persons removed from an event for violating these terms.
Event Changes
Jade Companies reserves the right to change event lineups, schedules, or venues. Support acts and opening performers are subject to change without notice. Changes to headlining performers will be communicated as promptly as possible.
Camera and Recording Policy
The following rules apply to all events promoted by Jade Presents:
- Small personal cameras are permitted
- Telephoto or professional lenses are not permitted. If the camera lens is longer than your index finger, it is considered professional equipment and will not be admitted
- No video recording of any kind is permitted
- No iPads or selfie sticks are permitted
- Jade Companies and venue staff reserve the right to confiscate prohibited recording equipment or refuse entry to patrons carrying such equipment. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
Media Release and Likeness Consent
By entering any show or event promoted by Jade Presents, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being captured and used, without compensation, in films, photographs, recordings, and other media for exploitation in any and all formats, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe.
By entering the venue, you release Jade Companies, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all liability of any nature arising from such use. If you do not wish to be subject to this consent, please do not enter the show or venue.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our websites and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Jade Companies does not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jade Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites or attendance at our events, even if Jade Companies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. Jade Companies has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our websites shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fargo, ND under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable law.
